We are looking for a mission and detail-driven CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER excited about the opportunity to assist an elite PR company in its operations. The role and the company is 100% remote. Position is full-time with great potential for growth. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Our founder, Matthew Faraci, is a well-known entrepreneur, producer, public relations expert, former political strategist and TV host.

Faraci has been involved in a number of high-profile, successful ventures including his previous role as Executive Producer of The Chosen—the #1 crowdfunded media project in history—as a producer on the animated kids TV series The Tuttle Twins, as host, for two seasons, of his own TV series on Dove Channel, and most importantly, as founder of the highly-respected public relations agency Inspire Buzz...and now a growing sister agency called Gideon300.

THE POSITION

The CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER will take lead on managing the production and completion of client campaign deliverables. The deliverables will involve multiple clients as well as external stakeholders such as media and industry executives. The role requires strong coordination with the Gideon 300 leadership team to understand the vision, goal and requirements of the deliverables as well as coordination with the clients and stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of client goals and strategies to consistently provide clients with the best recommendations, services and partnerships
  • Planning, executing, delivering, and reporting on key client campaigns
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the media landscape, what drives news and how to build successful media relations
  • Maintaining regular client contact, ensuring that the client is regularly updated and satisfied with project status
  • Being agile and adaptable to ever-changing timelines and requests
  • Applying polite persistence to get the work done under tight deadlines
  • Providing regular status updates to Gideon 300 executive team on deliverables
  • Providing feedback on how to overcome obstacles or improve processes
  • Ability to travel occasionally and provide on-site support as needed for client events
  • Creating templates and documented resources for future projects
  • Managing performance standards and reinforcing expectations of success
  • Must be able to work independently, take initiative and manage time effectively
  • Extremely responsive to client and staff correspondence, both during and outside office hours


REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for advancing America’s founding principles
  • Proven experience managing projects in fast-paced environment, agency preferred
  • Builds and maintains great client relationships
  • Proficiency in Basecamp and Google Workspace
  • Must have proficiency working in an all-MAC environment
  • Tech savvy, with experience managing projects remotely across teams
  • Professional, polished and concise communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Exercising professionalism under deadline pressure and ability to cross-team collaborate
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Occasional travel
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the event. Can include early mornings, some late evenings and the occasional weekend
